This will be years to kingdom come, but I assure you expect the worse to come upon this nation prior to its end when the Lord has said it is time for a wrathful punishment upon the living and the dead in our nation of false truths and idolatrous liberty. The bishops of the nation let them, the church which is the vast majority and Christians let them. Many politicians let them. There will be very little any of us can do in the pro-life movement if they get in office in 2008, 2110/20/30. I cannot do anymore with the bishops nor can any of us presently. The only thing that has happened is a sacrilegious custom parallel to what the heathens and pagans are accustomed too. California has the most pro-death and immoral politicians imaginable followed by New York. You can see the evil in these regions that scandalizes many of the other nations since America is already a nation of scandal. Cardinal Mahony loves abortionists. That means he does not love the victim babies. His red hat and clothing has plenty of babies blood on it. Mahony would allow John Kerry or any pro-abort, any homosexual, or any unrepentant sinner with gladness to Communion. He would grant annulments to anyone in his diocese. He took away from the Lord and desecrates the Sacraments. This does not sound like someone that loves the Lord. Jesus spoke of the wolves in sheep's clothing.

I believe the diocese' in the United States should take a very thorough poll of all its members that attend since the heathen catholics don't show up except for Christmas and Easter. A detailed questionnaire should be given to each catholic of age 8 and above as to their beliefs on abortion, contraception, gay marriage, sins... If you want to write the bishops you can see the USSCB website. Many others are of other Catholic rites. I don't mention them. Be careful of the pig shepherds in Rome and always be on guard. They are evil leaders in the Vatican and in Europe.

It is not God's will to permit evil people to defile the Sacrament. Millions of these catholics think they are not sinning so in their arrogance, pride, ignorance, indifference they will not be forgiven. A soul can only be forgiven if they are of contrite heart with a sincerity to turn away from sin, not continue in it. It is a grievous mortal sin for you to vote for pro-aborts at all levels of government. We are not to negotiate with the pro-abortion people in any church. Our Lord said if you love Me you will keep My commands. It is best they leave or be thrown out unless they repent of their wickedness. We are not to cater to those who are bound for hell. Giving them the Sacrament will do more harm to their souls than good. You know what the apostles would have done about this. It does not look like Communion has done many catholics any good.

Is it that the so called catholic church is soft on crime, especially that of murders of millions of babies many of which will occur worldwide and even more in America if the approximate 430 bishops don't get in unison with what has been proclaimed by God since the beginning of humanity? The rest of the world watches what America will do and what they have done. They follow the broad way of destruction. For if this nation of false morality and "conscience" is for killing and living in perversions why should China, Russia or any third world nation live holy lives? CANON LAW

Those procuring abortion, the mother included, incur ipso facto excommunication reserved to the Ordinary if the abortion is complete C. 2350. All necessary cooperators incur the censure, i.e. all those without whose assistance or advice the effect would not have occurred (C. 2231). Grave fear does not exempt one from guilt of mortal sin when the act is intrinsically evil as the present act is.

2272 Formal cooperation in an abortion constitutes a grave offense. The Church attaches the canonical penalty of excommunication to this crime against human life. "A person who procures a completed abortion incurs excommunication latae sententiae", "by the very commission of the offense" and subject to the conditions provided by Canon Law. Title VI Offenses Against Human Life And Freedom (C. 1398).

2326 Scandal is a grave offense when by deed or omission it deliberately leads others to sin.

2322 From its conception, the child has the right to life. Direct abortion, that is, abortion willed as an end or as a means, is a "criminal" practice (GS 27~3), gravely contrary to the moral law. The Church imposes the canonical penalty of excommunication for this crime against human life.

Canon 915–Those who are excommunicated or interdicted after the imposition or declaration of the penalty and others who obstinately persist in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to Holy Communion. The canon is based on new church but we as faithful follow only 1917 Canon Code and it also had some errors.

Code of Canon Law 1917 punished abortion with excommunication. The disciplinary tradition of the church makes this penalty unchangeable. These doctrines are based upon the natural law and upon the written Word of God and is transmitted by the Church's Tradition, taught by the ordinary and universal Magisterium. No circumstance, no purpose, no law whatsoever can ever make licit an act which is intrinsically illicit, since it is contrary to the Law of God written in every human heart, knowable by reason itself, and proclaimed by the Church. Sin is a disgrace to any people. Proverbs 14:34.

Should those who have enough sense file a brief? What else needs to be said or what has to happen to people before they go off to everlasting punishment? He is coming back to destroy His enemies as He said in Scripture do not be caught sleeping. Or to eat, drink or be merry or live for the things that will perish. One of you will be taken the other will remain. Such is the families that are divided to the most powerful and rich of nations, persons, organizations to the least of crawling creatures.

The legal system as such can be said to cooperate in evil when it fails to protect the lives of those who have no protection except the law. In the United States abortion on demand has been made a constitutional right by a decision of the Supreme Court. Failing to protect the lives of innocent and defenseless members of the human race is to deadly sin against justice. Those who formulate law therefore have an obligation in conscience to work toward correcting morally defective laws, lest they be guilty of cooperating in evil and in sinning against the common good. Catholics who bring their moral convictions into public life do not threaten democracy or pluralism but enrich them and the nation. The separation of church and state does not require division between belief and public action, between moral principles and political choices, but protects the right of believers and religious groups to practice their faith and act on their values in public life. The church and its institutions should not honor those who act in defiance of our fundamental moral principles. They should not be given awards, honors or platforms which would suggest support for their actions.

Therefore, like every Catholic generation before us, we must be guided by the words of St. Paul, "Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the Body and Blood of the Lord" (1 Cor 11:27). This means that all must examine their consciences as to their worthiness to receive Communion. This examination includes fidelity to the moral teaching of the Church in personal and public life. Counsel is not in line with the will of God if any member of the Holy Church is flexible toward sin. If this is the case the blood of guilt will be on these wicked. To be flexible means let the known public official sin, defile the name and sacrifice of Christ the Lord that it can be taken for granted. Many seem to say let them have their cake and eat it as if they are not evil. Some say let them go and they will pay the price for their evil and judgment on their souls. But I say make an example of them and throw them out as Peter would have done. Some say Jesus would say eat and drink My body and blood even though you defile Me. But we know the Scriptures and Paul is concise. It means never, they will pay as some were made sick, some died, be it so in this age as well if so then let the knowing priests, parish, bishops, those in collusion with this scandal be guilty also knowing these public figures. I say Jesus says if you love Me you won't let them do this evil. I came for those who will share in My inheritance not those who are against Me. For if you kill my children I will judge you for your deeds. It takes two a guilty man and a guilty woman. In some cases the man is not guilty because he didn't even know what his cheap girlfriend did behind his back. Nor did the faithful husband have any idea his "loving" wife killed his baby. Thank you God for not letting me get stuck with a woman in my lifetime that would have killed my child.
